Furnished Guest Room with Private Bathroom in Pico-Robertson

I'm renting out my furnished guest room in a beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Pico-Robertson, just minutes from Beverly Hills.

The apartment is bright and welcoming, with vaulted ceilings, large arched windows, a fireplace, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable shared living and dining spaces.

The guest room comes furnished with a queen-size bed, a large mirrored closet, and its own dedicated full bathroom.

**A little about me:** I'm an artist and working professional. I'm quiet, clean, creative, and sociable, but I also really value my alone time. I enjoy a friendly, relaxed home environment where we can chat or occasionally share a meal while respecting each other's privacy and independence.

I'm looking for a considerate, tidy roommate who enjoys a peaceful, comfortable home.

**Available December 1, 2026 through June 1, 2027.**
