•Small vanity with mirror and two glass shelves, currently tucked inside closet for conveniance (can be removed or rearranged).
•Entertainment center/ TV stand with shelving that can be used for extra storage or to double as an open dresser.
•TV 
•Small chair to use with vanity or to sit and relax. 
•A few decorative photos on the wall, can be removed or rearranged. 
•Have some extra linens, pillows and plan to get a mattress cover but want to plan for possible renters sensitivities.
