I have a lovely Victorian in Fairhaven Center that I would love to share.. lovingly and tastefully furnished.. new furniture.. Full use of entire house.. house is stocked with everything an active professional would need.. includes WiFi and basic cable and electricity and water..heat.. washer and dryer.  Keurig .. blender.. regular coffee pot as well..panini maker.. griddle..all pots and pans.. dishes..towels.. ironing board and iron.. clothes steamer as well...
TV in bedroom 
Get fresh lobsters  and scallops right off the boat at union wharf.. you can ride your bike or walk .. best ever..
Train 5 minutes from house that takes you to Boston 
Bike path one block away takes you to Waterfront or Mattapoisett.. Great spot to walk to center of town , to the boats or Fort Phoenix... very relaxing and peaceful after a long day at work! 

I live in Florida full time so you would have the entire house . I come back maybe once or twice over winter months and have a separate space over the garage ..
Bedroom one is 12 x 15 with walk in closet

Bedroom two is 11 1/2 x 14... closet unit in bedroom and another closet outside bedroom..
Rent is $1600 per bedroom or both
bedrooms could be combined for use as a private suite.. perfect for a couple or if you just prefer to be alone.. rent as a suite for $2000 for one person or
2500 for 2 people...great for couples or travelers traveling together 

I live in Florida so place would just be you most of the time...I return maybe once or twice over the winter for a short one week stays..

My home is a historic Victorian in the seaport village of Fairhaven.. i am mostly in Florida so you will be alone most of the time., my home is located near many hospitals and close to everything.. including the new train that takes you right into Boston!
