The community is “Agave at the Preserve”, which is neighboring to Calavera Hills and only 3 miles from the beach.
-The townhome is 1700 ft.² 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths. 
Only room #2 available for rent. It’s spacious and it has its own bathroom two steps adjacent from the room. The 3rd bedroom is for occasional family or guest visits. There’s a laundry room conveniently located upstairs which is situated between the two bedrooms and the master bedroom which definitely adds to privacy. The room can be partially furnished or unfurnished. There is also an attached two car garage that will be shared.
The downstairs has an open concept kitchen, eating area, and family room which is fully furnished and styled with a nautical theme.
The home has a fenced wraparound front yard with potted flowers and plants and has all the amenities for a small gathering or barbecue. All areas except rooms and bathrooms are to be shared and enjoyed.
The community has a resort style swimming pool, jacuzzi and a large air conditioned gym. The community also has walking trails that surround the community. Calavera Lake and all of its’ hiking trails are just down the street.
About me– I’m a professional, I work outside the home Monday through Friday.
I enjoy hiking, gardening, kayaking, Pilates, the ocean air, spending time with friends and family, and an occasional happy hour. I also really enjoy relaxing at home watching documentaries, true crime and good thriller movies.

I am looking for a person who is preferably a professional, must be mature, responsible, friendly, clean and tidy, very
communicative and respectful of the property and shared spaces. I would prefer a person who works outside of the home. Dogs are negotiable for the right person.

Sdge, water and garbage are paid by me, as long as the roommate is mindful of electricity, gas.and water.
