3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. You will have a private bathroom. The home is only 20 minutes to Dothan Alabama. Hwy 52 to and from Dothan isn’t a busy road. Columbia is a quiet, safe community. Homes in Dothan are expensive and there is quit a bit of traffic, I honestly think you will get to work quicker from Columbia than living in a congested city. The home is clean and cozy. I would like a roommate that also likes to keep their space clean. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is a sitting room and a separate den with a television and recliners. The utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. The home has central heating and air. I am willing to contract for specific dates for health professionals. The rent is 900 monthly on a month to month lease. If we think we are a good fit as roommates we can discuss a longer lease if that is desired. Rent is due on the first of the month and if it isn’t paid by the third you will need to be prepared to move. The back yard is spacious and has seating and a propane grill.
