About this home

We are two women in our late 20's seeking someone to occupy a 3rd room (2nd largest room) in a 3 bed 2 bath. Shared full bathroom with me. We are located in the Birdland area. Rent is $1400. We are seeking someone who is tidy in common areas, considerate, respectful of other people's space, must be ok with cats (we have 3 friendly kitties, plus a bearded dragon). We prefer no extra pets but if you have fish or reptiles or some pet that is confined to your room only that is fine! The common areas are fully furnished. Pictures are attached of the room itself and the rest of the house from before we moved in any furniture. 

Mel and I are LGBTQ/420 friendly and are both easy going. We would love if you are down to occasionally hang out with us as friends, although if you prefer maintain your own space as a roommate, we also completely respect that!
