Renters will have a private entrance to an entire wing of a home (285 square feet) which includes a bedroom/kitchenette, hallway, and full bath. The kitchenette comes equipped with a mid-sized refrigerator, large air fryer/toaster oven, dual hot plate, and many kitchen essentials. The comfy queen-sized bed has room for storage underneath and is next to an open wardrobe. The hallway has extra storage space, cleaning supplies and a small portable washer. You will also have access to a shared full size washer/dryer that you can reach without going through the home. The full bathroom has a large kitchen sink for washing dishes.  Utilities included - WIFI, Air conditioning, and radiant heating. The windows look out onto a landscaped front yard. My home is in a quiet neighborhood, located in a cul-de-sac close to a dead end, so we get hardly any traffic. It's safe for strolling to a nearby park, which has a walking path and lots of trees. You can park one car in my driveway with extra parking in the street. I run an online tutoring business, so I'm usually home to handle any questions that arise.
