Your own furnished private room in a comfortable 1929 Detroit home, on a quiet east-side residential street with easy highway access.

Shared common spaces include a living room with a television, a dining area, and a full kitchen with fridge, sink, oven, stovetop and dishwasher. There is a workspace for remote work or study, and a backyard.

Rooms come furnished with a bed and linens, so you can move in with just your bags. Members are responsible for keeping their own room and the shared spaces tidy. Laundry is at a nearby laundromat rather than in the home.

Move-in is straightforward and everything is handled through PadSplit.
