URGENT: Looking for 2 housemates (any gender, queer-friendly) to join the lease for our Bushwick 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment, move-in Sept 1

We have 2-3 rooms opening up in our apartment and need to find new housemates to join the lease starting September 1.

It's a two-level unit in a 2015 building less than 3 min walk to the Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M. The unit has central air, a new dishwasher, hardwood floors, and in-unit washer/dryer. The building features a roof deck, small gym, two work lounges, an outdoor seating courtyard (see pic), and a bike storage room.

Room descriptions and rent:

Room 1 ($1,790/month) is 159 sq ft, with an en-suite private bathroom, and a big window that faces the large internal courtyard below

Room 2 ($1,390/month) is 103 sq ft, has a big street-level window, full bathroom right outside the door next to in-unit washer/dryer

Rent includes everything except electric ($60/month in fall/spring ranging up to $180/month in winter) and internet ($6 to $8/month).

House vibe: generally late 20s/early 30s professionals/creatives, remote work so often home during the day. Looking for folks who will do their part to clean up after themselves, don't mind guests coming and going from time to time (within reason), are kind to others, and value community. Bonus points for fellow musicians/creatives.

Looking for folks who can do a 1-year lease on September 1. Landlord will do the usual screening -- proof of income, credit check, etc. Move-in costs will be security deposit and first month's rent.
