Please note there are blackout curtains newly installed. This location is fantastic and is close to downtown, restaurants, shops, and entertainment; it's literally close to everything. Neighborhood is walkable to pizza, pubs, grocery, BBQ, Italian, Mexican, Latin, donuts, coffee, you name it! Traffic is not terrible and the commute to downtown, major medical facilities, and Medical City will take appx 10-25 minutes depending on time of day.  The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 15 minutes away and the Orlando Executive Airport is 5 minutes from here. The neighborhood has a good mix of families, single professionals, and seniors. Mature trees and sidewalks make early morning or evening strolls very pleasant. A sweet mixed breed dog (Ollie) and a tuxie cat (Zorro) reside in this home with the owner so tenants should be okay with this. The pets are not permitted in the tenant rooms as those doors remain closed. The rental is offered and intended for single occupancy.
