We’re two young professionals looking for a third responsible male roommate for a private room in a shared house in Arlington, VA, near Bailey’s Crossroads. Move-in would be September 1. The current lease cycle runs through March, with the possibility of renewal.

Rent is $900/month, and utilities are included. Internet is included as well. Applicant will need to apply through the property management company and be approved before move-in. Move-in costs/security deposit details can be confirmed as we move through that process.

The house is in a great location, with street parking directly in front of the house, walking-distance access to bus stops, and beautiful wooded nature trails directly behind the property.
