Each bedroom has two twin beds to give you the option of sharing a room with someone. Otherwise, if only one person is in there, we will push them together to create a queen-size bed. 

Monthly rents are for single occupancy and include all utilities. The one-time application fee is $49.99

The lounge room is an additional living space with a dry bar and a mini refrigerator with a microwave. French doors open to a waterfall pool and a fenced-in backyard near the carport driveway.
