We are two 30-something professionals looking for a third roommate to take our third bedroom in a spacious and sunny Brookline apartment just steps from the T and minutes from the Coolidge Corner Trader Joe's. The Green Line-C is right out our front door with the D and B lines only a few blocks away. The 66-route bus is also only about a 10 minute walk away with direct access to Harvard Square and Cambridge. We are within walking distance of both the Longwood Medical Area, the BU campus, and Fenway, which includes many restaurant options, a Target, and a Star Market.

The available bedroom is very large with two large walk-in closets, and its own private ensuite bathroom. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, and currently includes a wide variety of cat toys for Bugle, our adorable furry feline companion who spends most of his day napping and watching trains. We humans are two introverts who prefer to spend quiet evenings at home reading, crafting, catching up on tv, or listening to podcasts.

Our building and neighborhood are quiet and family friendly with tons of trees, a park with tennis courts across the street, and wide sidewalks. Since our unit is on a corner of the building, we get to enjoy excellent natural lighting all day! There is no overnight on-street parking in Brookline, so you will have to find a lot or ramp space for rent if you have a car. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement of the building, operated via app or laundry card. We have both lived in this building for several years and have been very happy with the level of service provided by building management.

Heat and hot water are included and utilities (internet, gas, electric) vary slightly, but are usually about $45/month.

Please note that the rental company will require proof of income (or loan/stipend) and a $1,000 security deposit.
