Welcome Home :)  Located on a quiet residential street in the nicest neighborhoods of Desert Hot Springs, 2 minutes from the city center, 25 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, our place is truly a magical oasis. Whether you're relocating to the desert, working in the area for a few months, writing your next book, or just taking a break from city life, you will feel at home here.

The house features two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with an en-suite shower and one with a full bathtub), a spacious living room, a separate dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, double sink, refrigerator with cold water, oven and cooktop. Basic items (olive oil, salt, and pepper) are included. A microwave is available upon request.
Outside, you'll find two patios with comfortable seating - one shaded and surrounded by lush greenery, the other perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun.

There is carefully curated vintage furniture, cozy reading corners, and everything needed for everyday living. It's warm and cozy - not an anonymous rental.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need for cooking. There's a dishwasher, dining area, washer and dryer, dedicated parking, fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable workspaces. Each room has its own AC unit.

We currently welcome monthly stays only, making the house perfect for:
• Traveling nurses and healthcare professionals
• Remote workers and digital professionals
• Visiting professors and researchers
• Film and television professionals
• People relocating to the Coachella Valley needing a temporaty stay
• Anyone looking for a peaceful mid-term home in the desert

Grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and everyday shopping are just a few minutes away.
Downtown Palm Springs - about 20-25 minutes
Palm Springs Aerial Tramway - about 25 minutes
Joshua Tree National Park - about 35-40 minutes
Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, and the rest of the Coachella Valley are all within an easy drive.

This house has been renovated and designed with a great deal of love and attention. We're taking in guests who appreciate beautiful spaces and enjoy treating a home with kindness and respect. Because this is a real home - not a hotel - we like getting to know the people who stay here. House Guidelines
• Registered guests only. Everyone staying at the property must be included in the reservation.
• Visitors are welcome for dinner or a quiet evening together, but if they plan to stay over, let us know...
• No parties, loud music, or events! We want to respect our neighbors, and the city is very strict about it
• Quiet hours help keep this wonderful neighborhood peaceful for everyone.
• All utilities are included. However, if the electricity bill during your stay is above 250$ per month, we'll ask you to add the remaining balance. We'll show you the bills if you ask. Note that we have mini-split units in each room - please turn them off if you are not around, and it will be enough :)
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• For security purposes, all adult guests will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) before check-in.
