Gay man of color (open to all people though) looking for a nice, quiet, clean, respectful working professional for an apartment (well furnished living room, bidet toilet) at 20th and Lexington, Mission District. Esp. looking for AI ENGINEERS/AGENTIC AI / SOFTWARE ENGINEERS and tech workers who work in AI in some capacity.
2 bedrooms (I stay in one, you have one), large, sunny living room and shared bathroom. Excellent location, 7 minutes to BART, Dolores Park, 49 bus, restaurants. Photos of your bedroom below. 

$1500/month + utilities. 
I normally charge $1500, but knocked off $50 for someone to be careful around Chester, to be fairly quiet and as compensation for my neighbor who is better now, but historically noisy sometimes.

You’ll also be living with my sweet, baby kitty Chester (he’s special needs, so need someone careful) 🐱
