I’m an A&M grad (BIMS ‘03) and former healthcare worker, and I set this house up for the way health sciences students and traveling professionals actually live — long lab days, clinical rotations, odd hours, and real study time.

This is a quiet house. I lease by the bedroom and screen for schedule compatibility, so you’re living with vet, med, nursing, BIMS, and graduate students — people who need to be up at 5 a.m. and won’t apologize for it. If you’re looking for a party house, this isn’t the one.

Every bedroom has:

Downstairs: furnished living and kitchen with granite counters, full-size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, guest half bath, private fenced patio.

$800/month covers: all furniture, water, high speed internet, and electricity up to $250/month for the whole home. Overage is split four ways among residents — with per-room thermostats, we’ve found that rarely comes up.

Flexible lease options: mid-term up to 12-month leases available.

Gated community: pool, hot tub, fitness center, clubhouse study room, reserved parking. On the A&M bus route, about 1.4 miles from main campus.
