GUEST BATHROOM: exclusively for QUEEN BR & DOUBLE BR; bath tub, bidet

SHARED SPACES:  Formal Dining Room, Living Room, Piano Room with Dinette, Covered Outdoor Deck with Dining Area and Lounging Area, Backyard with Firepit, Finished Basement aka Family Room.

To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following:

QUIET TIME:  10PM - 8AM
NO SMOKING / DRUGS inside the house
PARKING:  Ample parking on the street in front of the house.  Please do not block the driveway.
KEYS:  2 Keys are provided -- 1 for the Room and 1 for the Safe.  The cost for Replacement lost Keys shall be $60

—  Please take off all outdoor shoes or footwear before entering the home; spare house slippers are available upon request.

—  Please refrain from using any owner’s personal belongings unless they are clearly designated for guests' use.

—  Furniture and household items should not be moved. If anything is temporarily rearranged for convenience, kindly ensure it is returned to its original place before checkout.

—  Please ensure that the TV remote is returned exactly where you found it.

—  Trash and recyclables must be separated at all times. Separate bins for trash and recyclable items are provided for your convenience.
