This furnished room has a sliding glass door that leads to the backyard also with hardwood floors and ceiling fan.
You will have full access to our shared living spaces including the bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room which features a beautiful bay window. This home also has a big beautiful backyard and in-home laundry area. There is easy street parking or driveway parking available. 

The rent of $1000 per month includes all utilities (water and trash, electric and gas and WiFi). There is a refundable one time cleaning deposit of $400 and a non-refundable holding deposit of $200 but that will be credited toward your cleaning deposit at time of move in only. A minimum of 3 month lease is required as well as a background/credit check and proof of employment/income. The lease can be longer if your stay is extended. 
You will be sharing the house with the host tenant. She has her friendly and trained service dog on the premises with her. The dog is a cardiac alert, medical assist and PTSD trained. But when he is not working he is a great guard dog for the home and at almost 6 years he is very chill. She is a plant lover and does lots of crafts and she will take care of most of the household chores but you will be required to clean up after yourself in all shared areas.
The house is in a quiet Lakewood area, bordering Long Beach with friendly neighbors and a neighborhood watch program. It’s also conveniently and centrally located to Long Beach Memorial, UCI Lakewood, UCI Los Alamitos, and Kaiser Downey hospitals as well as many other urgent cares and other medical facilities. 
The Long Beach airport is less than 10 minutes away. We have the Lakewood Mall, Restaurant row and other shopping less than 5 minutes away. Grocery shopping is walking distance as well as the Del Valle Park.
There are no pets or smoking allowed. Guests are welcomed but no overnight stays. If you are interested please reply with a bit of information about yourself, your expected schedule and what you are looking for in a living situation.
