The bedroom available is the one currently set up as a home office in photos 2 and 3. It gets a ton of natural light, has large mirrors, and great built-in cabinetry/closet space. Just to be clear, it will be completely cleared out, empty, and unfurnished before you move in.
You’ll have a full bathroom right outside your bedroom door (photo 5), which is also where the in-unit washer and dryer are located.
The Apartment:
You’d be sharing a huge, fully furnished 2-floor apartment with just me. Outside of your room and bath, the main floor has a living room with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher and dining area), a front porch, a small shared yard, and a sunroom that’s awesome for plants.
The Attic & Storage:
One of the best parts of the place is that we have sole access to a massive 3rd-floor attic space. Right now, it’s set up as a workout area and a spot for band rehearsal (so it's a huge plus if you're a musician). It also has a ton of extra storage space, including a large walk-in cedar closet. If you have a lot of gear, we also have access to the basement and a small outside garage.

-Includes a dedicated off-street parking spot in our shared driveway. Located right on the Newton/Brighton border by Oak Square. There are multiple buses into Boston and Cambridge a 2-minute walk away, and it's an easy bike or scooter commute straight into downtown.
About Me:
I’m a materials engineer in my late 20s and work a hybrid schedule. I’m a big sci-fi/fantasy nerd and stay pretty active with running, rock climbing, and backcountry skiing. When I’m home, I’m usually gaming with friends online, working on random tech/craft projects, or playing my electric drum kit up in the attic.
I keep the common areas clean and respectful. I occasionally have friends over for a board game night, and my band practices up in the attic about once a week—always during respectful hours (after work on weekdays or during the day on weekends).
