Single occupancy only; rent controlled; month-to-month rental;  private furnished room in a 3-bedroom flat with access to a full kitchen, furnished living room and seasonal outdoor space. Laundry on-site. Safe neighborhood; like a village - police department and, fire department within 1 block; park, cafes, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, rec center; tennis courts, library, post office and more all nearby within 1-4 blocks. You can walk to FiDI or Union Square or even to the Aquatic Park and the Embarcadero (excellent for walks!) And unlike other SF neighborhoods, we rarely get the fog! Available as of September 28th; though I might be able to accommodate a temporary stay in a guest room--which has a very comfortable couch, if you need to move before Sept/ 28th. Bring only yourself and your clothes!! The home is well-furnished. It's not a sleek modern place, however it is comfortable and nicely appointed. Looking for someone who can appreciate and care for the home; respectful of roommates and wants a place that is safe, quiet, low-traffic, and drama-free. This is a NON-smoking; non vaping environment; low-alcohol consumption; and drug-free zone. If needed, street parking or monthly parking at parking garages are in the vicinity at your expense. Current occupants includes a culturally mixed household with one roommate being a young man and another roommate being a mature woman. Politically progressive. Standard deposits required.
