I’m the homeowner looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant to rent the finished lower level of my townhouse in Lake Ridge, Woodbridge, VA.

About Me:

I’m an IT professional working in Ashburn Monday through Friday. I’m usually out of the house by 7:00 AM and home before 6:30 PM. When I’m home, I mostly watch anime, play video games, or relax, so it’s generally a quiet and peaceful household. I keep the home clean, respect shared spaces, and am looking for someone who will do the same.

Pets:

Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, I ask that they primarily remain in the downstairs living area to help minimize pet hair and shedding in the shared upstairs spaces. Approved pets require a $250 refundable pet security deposit and $50/month pet rent per pet.
