Included: All utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a once a month professional maid service.

I’m a 42-year-old business owner/contractor and podcaster. We are a house of active, working individuals (30s-40s) who value quality communication/ integrity/ peace/ health/ freedom. We keep the home clean, positive, and free of drama. I am grateful for such awesome roommates/ house dynamic. We have two friendly pit mixes, so you must be a dog person. My pups only have access to the backyard unless we invite them into the main area.
Who We Are Looking For:
Someone tidy and clean, respectful, reliable, who pays rent on time.
