This not your average room rental!  555 sq feet with access to shared  living room, theater, kitchen and backyard with hot tub and fire pit.   The entire house is 3600 sq feet, 6 bedrooms 3 baths a full kitchen up stairs and a kitchenette down stairs.The master suite is on the top floor, my two adult kids occupy the other two bedrooms on that floor.  They are 24 and 20.  The 24 year old works full time the 20 year old is a home body most of the time. She has some medical issues that make it hard to work.  
My two younger kids and I occupy the basement.  They are 12 & 10.   The 12 year old spends his time out of school either holed up in his room outside. The 10 year old is attached at my hip.  I work full time. We are very boring and quiet.  We do have a friamly dinner most sundays,  the older kids have their friends over and I cook a big meal. It can get a little loud but they are usually gone by 8pm. You are welcome to join us! We do have cats,  pets are welcome just no dogs…and probably no birds😂.  The master suite is huge!  My current renter has it divided into her bedroom and living room.  The closet is walk-in and there is a private bathroom with shower.  There is a locking door on the suite as well.   The backyard is fenced with a hot tub and trampoline and fire pit.    I am asking 1200/ month if you want it furnished ( queen bed,  love seat, desk, kitchenette with microwave, kurig, down fridge)and a parking spot in the heated garage.  Unfurnished with a spot in the garage is 1000$. Unfurnished with no garage parking is 900$ Last month rent to hold it. Should be available early to mid August.
