The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, sink, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, mixer,  as well as basic cookware. It’s the perfect spot for you to cook at home and save money. the free kitchen cabinets are labeled with corresponding room numbers for added designated storge.  

we have plentiful street parking along with a large drive way and parking lot that can hold up too 4 cars with out blocking each other. 

All rooms are fitted with queen sized beds, mini fridges, and night stands, mirrors, and closets. They each gets phenomenal natural sun light in the afternoon and evening.

The shared living space encompasses the kitchen, dinging room, and the living room. there's a mid to large  sized dinning room table that seats 4 people at once. And in the living room there's a small couch. THERE IS VIEDO CAMERA SERVAILENCE in the common areas being the kitchen, living room, dinning room, and laundry room. they are surveilled for PadSplit member safety and accountability.
