307 Hill Drive, Denison, TX 75020

We have a 2 bdrm cabin with a sunroom, and 1 bath, which sleeps 8 people. The cabin is walking distance to Lake Texoma, the walk is on a path to the beach, which has been named Rocky Point Estates Beach. It's right across from Grand Pappy's Point. You can walk or drive a dirt bike or a 4 wheeler, down this path. If you are elderly, or handicapped, you may want to drive over to Grand Pappy Point and look at the view, if you do not have a 4 wheeler to ride down to the beach on.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has two twin beds in a bunkbed setup. The sunroom has 1 trundle bed with twin beds and 1 queen bed. So Sleeps 8 comfortably. I also have a queen air mattress, that will sleep 2 more.

Amenities are refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, toaster and toaster oven, crock pot, all other kitchen utensils. 
Central AC/heat, washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.
Currently there is   trash pickup every Thursday / early in the morning. Please roll out bin on Wednesday evening, to the end of the driveway.
No Internet or WIFI, but I have a VHS and DVD player and tons of Movies, and we get a few local stations, 

The Space
There's plenty of room, yet it's a small place and it's what I call very homey and comfortable.

Guest Access
Grand Pappy's point is about a  1-2 miles away. Eisenhower Dam is near by, and it's 15-20 min from Choctaw Casino. Downtown Denison is about 10 min drive and Walmart is about 15 min
Sherman is about 20 min drive

Interaction with Guests
As much as needed. I'm a text message or phone call away

The Neighborhood
I love the trees and the quiet. The neighbors are great and nice and keep to themselves unless you want to visit. Then, sometimes we all have cookouts together.

Getting Around
No public transit, but sometimes we catch a free ride on a gator or 4 wheeler to the lake :)

Other Things to Note
There's a big fire pit outside for bonfires.
There's also a gas grill and a smoker and an outdoor fireplace in the patio that you can pull out and use.
