From the street it reads as a classic one-level home with a covered front porch; out back it opens up over a sloped, wooded lot with a raised deck — the kind of spot you actually use to decompress after work. 

 Inside, the house lives bigger than you'd expect. Light pours in through generous windows in nearly every room, and the open main level flows from a real eat-in kitchen  (center island, plenty of counter space) into a sunlit living and dining area that walks straight out to the deck. 

Downstairs there's a second, oversized common room — a genuine hang-out or movie space  that means you're never fighting for somewhere to relax. There's also a dedicated laundry room with full-size machines , so that chore never spills into shared space.
