Hi All! My name is Aishwarya Satish. I am a working professional and I currently live at Avalon Cove in a 2b2b apartment and the master bedroom (with walk in closet) is available for rent from September 15-17th. The apartment also has an in unit washer/dryer, but it is in the master bedroom.

The apartment is about 7-10 mins from the Newport path station, 5 mins from ShopRite (supermarket). 

The apartment amenities include gym, squash/badminton court, tennis court and basketball court. The apartment is just a few steps from the water front (for great views and vibes). 

I am looking for a female roommate who is preferable vegetarian, is clean and will help keep all the common areas clean. All kitchen space will also be evenly split. 

The rent will be split 50-50 inclusive of internet, water and trash. The room rent would be between $2400-2500/month (I am working on negotiating the rent). Electricity for the whole apartment tends to be around $100-150/month in the winter and about $250-$350/month in the summer months.
