I have a room available for rent. It is fully furnished and includes a television, internet, and all utilities. The room is intended for one person only.
The apartment is located in the attic and has three bedrooms. Two of them are already rented to very responsible and respectful individuals. I am looking for a tenant who is also responsible and employed.
Tenants may also share access to the living room and kitchen. However, the use of a stove is not permitted. The kitchen is equipped with small appliances for convenience, including an electric rice cooker, coffee maker, blender, and air fryer.
House rules:

No visitors allowed (only the tenants living in the apartment)
No pets
No smoking

The property is a three-story family home, and it maintains a quiet and peaceful environment. Current tenants share the responsibility of keeping the apartment clean and strictly follow all house rules.
This is an ideal place for someone looking for a calm, comfortable, and respectful living space, as long as all rules are followed.
A background check and proof of income are required.
To move in, only the first month’s rent is required (no deposit).
