This is a quiet community. The ideal guest would be a working professional. Plenty of visitors spaces in front or near the home. For public transportation the commute is a 7-minute walk to the transit stop on Hill Road and a short walk to Northwest Stadium. The nearest Metro station, Addison Road–Seat Pleasant (Blue Line).

Guest have a space for cooking and use of microwave. Pots, pans, and cooking utensils are not provided and cleanliness is a MUST this is a shared space. As a bonus, a monthly professional cleaning service is provided and will clean your room at no additional cost. High speed internet, water, gas and electric is all included with the rental cost.
