I am looking for a housemate, early 50s or 60s. The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed, closet. The guest bathroom would be yours which is 8 feet from your bedroom. There is a community pool if interested. The living space is open concept. I will post pics as soon as possible. I have 2 dogs, an older neutered male Pomeranian, and a young neutered Male Cocker Spaniel. I am dog friendly but must be one smaller dog max wt 15 lbs. that gets along with mine and is neutered or spayed. The main bedroom is mine, the 2nd bedroom is for rent, the 3rd bedroom is my office and  my dog's room.
 I am a practicing Christian and prefer the same. Rules are simple. This a no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs and no party's environment and this listing is for 1 person. I am willing to negotiate the rental price if you help to keep the house clean and help around the yard. A handyman would be ideal and could lead to a significant negotiation in rent. The backyard is fenced with 6' white vinyl. There is a screen room leading to the backyard. I would need to run a credit check and background check before making a decision. I value my peace as I'm sure you do as well. This house is drama-free and would be a good fit for someone who follows those simple rules and highly values peace at all times.
