Newly built townhome- Homeowner just moved into property. Fully equipped with washer and dryer, private room with a separate bathroom that is not used.

Youre more than welcome to use every part of the house except for the master bedroom. 
You may also park inside the garage. Balcony can be used upon request.

I will most likely be staying at the property with you, so you can easily get a hold of me via in person or call/text.
