I am seeking a non-smoking, responsible, queer or LGBTQ friendly female roommate (no couples) to share my 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a converted mansion in Mount Washington, which is available now! This will be a lease assignment, which means that your name will be on a shared lease until July 31, 2027.  There is an application process with the management company which includes a credit check and a security deposit.

Rent is $850 per month which includes water.You will also be responsible for 1/2 the utilities every month (Wi-Fi and BGE).

The area for rent is unfurnished and includes a huge room visually separated into a bedroom and living area (over 300 square feet), your own full bathroom (with tub), and storage in the laundry room. The only shared space in the apartment is the kitchen and the laundry machines in the laundry room.

Other apartment amenities include a dedicated off-street parking space, private entrance, covered back porch, central heat and a/c, dishwasher, microwave, free storage in basement, and a large yard. Building management is local and responsive to maintenance issues.

The entire building is smoke free, and all tenants are very quiet and courteous.

The ideal person for this space is an individual who is quiet, responsible, communicative and respectful of others’ space and peace.

I have a small, very quiet and sweet dog and unfortunately no other dogs are currently allowed. A cat can be discussed, and would be an additional $40/month. This is a great space for someone who enjoys quiet time at home, with infrequent guests.
