Hi all, we are looking for a tenant for our basement, specifically a single female or male (or possibly 2 female roommates). The space is located in Lorton, VA. It’s about a 30 min drive to DC and 30 min to George Mason as well so pretty convenient for students. It has a private entrance, single bedroom, single bath with a small kitchenette, living room, and dining space. It receives a lot of natural light and is also lightly furnished, there is also a outdoor shaded patio that would be available to the tenant. This is a pretty large space and we are renting for a reasonable price with utilities included in rent. Please let me know if anyone is looking!!
