Forest Ranch is a 10 min drive up the hill from Chico and 20 mins to Enloe hospital and other medical facilities/centers in town. The house overlooks the valley facing west in a gated community and very quiet neighborhood. There is a pool, hot tub, very spacious living space. Fenced backyard and the house sits on an acre surrounded by pine and oak trees.  I have workout equipment in the garage, bicycles and lots of hiking trails right off the community property. Open kitchen floor plan and tons of counter space.  You will feel like you're on vacation!  I have a 2 yr Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees puppy, Luna, that is very well behaved and gentle. She gets along well with other dogs.
The two rooms for rent are located on the south end of the house and share a bathroom- toilet separate from bathtub & shower. You get that side of the house to yourselves. One room opens up to the backyard and pool overlooking the valley- West think sunsets.  The other room faces the street side (very quiet street, East - think sunrise) and you get a perfect view of the large yin/yang garden art.
