There is NO table or bed (past renters have always prefered to use own queen size bed). We may be able to help if you need a bed and/or table.

Our family: Female owner and adult son age 26 live upstairs. Two renters live on the main floor with shared kitchen, bathroom and livingroom (big rental room is currently available, small rental is occupied by 22 year old female renter).

You are welcome to use the yard, deck and BBQ. We also have a small exercise room in our garage that you are welcome to use (see pics).

Dog fee apply. No cats due to allergies

C-Tran Bus #30 (Burton) stops right outside our backyard, within walking distance of Rite Aid on 162nd Ave. Our home is located close to 162nd Ave & 39th st. (dead-end street with a cul-de-sac at the end).
