Our beautiful, elegant home in the hills of east Novato, overlooking the SFBay wetlands and the hills of Sonoma and Marin is available. This is a rare opportunity to live in a spacious, light-filled, well-loved home with stunning views and thoughtful amenities. More beautiful in person than in pictures!

✨ THE HOME
We call our home Vista House because of the sweeping views. It is a spacious 3-story 4,500 sq. ft. home, lovingly maintained and thoughtfully appointed. We are five adults (you would be the sixth), who value emotional warmth, respect, cleanliness, consideration, ease of communication, and harmony. We also value privacy and consideration of each of our fairly busy work and private lives. As a housemate, you’ll enjoy access to the entire home.

We are located in North Marin, just 5 minutes to Hwy 101 or Hwy 37 off Atherton, close to open space, hiking, and biking trails.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet with little traffic and easy to walk around day or night, and to enjoy the sweeping views and beautiful wooded surroundings along with amazing views.

• Available June 1, 2026 or later, for a 3 month to 1 year lease.

• Queen bed with new bedspread, two sleeping pillows with matching shams and designer throw pillows
• Two end tables
• Two Artistic lamps
• Dresser with generous storage
• Designer draperies, window shades
• Desk space

🌸 ABOUT VISTA HOUSE
Vista House has been a successful shared home experience for over 15 years. People have joyfully lived here for many years (some as long as 11.5 years!) We value kindness, respect, and clear communication. It’s a non-drama, supportive environment where everyone has plenty of space especially in this expansive 3-story home.

Often people are out and about, so it feels spacious and peaceful. There is room here for your privacy, productivity, and ease. And a delightful housemate experience.

SMALL HYPO-ALLERGENIC DOG
We are considering including a small dog you may have, if hypo-allergenic, gets along with our poodle-mix 19 LB 2.5 y.o. Dog Ziggy. Pet deposit will be required, and the two dogs need a meet & greet!

💰 MOVE-IN DETAILS
• $1500 first month
• $1500 last month (let’s discuss)
• $500 security deposit
Total move-in: $3500

• $100/month consumables fee (various food items (spices/oils/vinegars, bread, butter, condiments, etc.), fully-outfitted kitchen, all paper products, hot-tub chemicals, laundry soaps and other cleaning supplies, housekeeping services every two weeks, landscaping, and more. Please ask us, too!)
