House is in a cul de sac in a quiet friendly neighborhood with mountains in the horizon located in the fastest growing city of Menifee in the Inland Empire. 

It is surrounded  by great cities like Murietta,  Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Perris and 23 miles away from wine country, Temecula and the famous Pechanga Resort. San Diego is one hour away while Beach Cities like Laguna, Irvine, Newport, Huntington as well as Disneyland in Anaheim are around 45 to 50 minutes away, depending on traffic. . So many fun things to do when you're not working  such as wine tasting, rides in hot air balloons as well as skydiving, to name a few.

To get here, the I-215 is 2 miles away while the I-15 is 8.  There are lots of eating places, stores, supermarkets, banks and other outlets for your shopping. There Inland Valley and Loma Linda hospitals are close by including in Hemet and Perris.

Free parking is available on the driveway or on the curb at the house.

Living room, kitchen and dining area is shared but you must clean your mess up after yourself especially the stove/cooker. There's  a TV and a small fridge in your room. Fast internet and 5G setvice is available. Five dollars per load is charged for use of washer and dryer. 


Room 1 is downstairs with private bathroom located next to the room. Room 2 is located upstairs and has its own bathroom across from the room. Each  room has a lockable door. 

Quiet time is from midnight. There might be some other people present in the house wanting to have a peaceful and restful night. 

Smoking outside only. Pick up  cigarette buttts.

Entrance to the front door requires a PIN which will be sent to you before arrival. Please lock the door when you enter or leave  for the safety of both of us.
