I’m looking for a clean, chill male professional (20s–30s) to join me in my 3-bedroom apartment in Hermosa Beach. I have two rooms available on the main floor and I’m open to two options, (utilities included):
	• One person who wants the 2 bedrooms. ~$2200
	• OR two separate people (we’d split rent roughly in thirds) ~$1325/ea.
If you’d only like 1 room, we will have to split 50/50 ($2076) until a third is found. 

My bedroom is upstairs with its own living room area where I work from home. You/you guys would have the two rooms downstairs + the big, spacious main living room on the main floor and a full bathroom, though we would all share the kitchen.

Move-in is July. Everyone has to pass a standard background/income/credit check and be approved through management.
