-I have a tv that I have never mounted & am happy to leave it. Please note it has a Roku attachment & is not a smart TV. I also have mounting equipment just never got around to it. 
- I can leave or take any furniture with me. I will definitely be taking the crate.
- The cushions on the couch are washable, and I will wash them before I leave. My dog lays on the couch but only ever on a blanket over the cushions. 
- I will be taking my mattress; however, I will be replacing the mattress with another one that is much comfier. You can also bring your own instead. 
- I will also empty the closet and a lot of my kitchenware except for some plates and equipment since I have so much. We can discuss this more in detail.
