Welcome to historic Jersey City!  Nestled on a tree-lined street with houses on one side, the apartment is located on a quiet and tranquil street, a block away from Lincoln Park.  The apartment is a 5-7 min ride to Journal Square Path train station which takes you to lower Manhattan, NYC in about 12 minutes.  The rent is $1,150 (including all utilities: gas, water, electric, internet).  We're also about a 20 min. ride from MetLife Stadium.
About the room: available is an extra large bedroom, that comes furnished, that feels like a small studio with a very large window, overlooking the building backyard.
