I  am the owner/female who occupies “bedroom 1” in my 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome. 

 Internet, use of washer/dryer, Roku TV, designated parking space, snow/ice removal/landscaping are included in rent.

15 miles to Charlottesville where the University of VA Health System/UVA Campus are located, 20 minutes to both the Sentara Hospital and the Augusta Medical Center. . 

Crozet Connect stops in my neighborhood 6x/day. It is a bus line from my parking lot that provides 3 different am and 3 different pm pickup/drop offs to/from the University Hospital/UVA Campus for those who prefer to use public transportation -  the “Crozet West” schedule on the site shows the exact schedule. I will tell you the exact street name stop when we talk more formally. 

I am 3 miles to the Crozet I-64 exit, 1/2 mile from the shops/restaurants at Old Trail Golf Club and Winery, 1 mile to King Family Vineyards who hosts free summer/fall Polo on Sundays, 3 miles from Harris Teeter in Crozet, 7 miles by highway to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 30-45 minutes to Wintergreen Ski Resort. 

There are also plenty of beautifully groomed trails throughout Old Trail and a park (Crozet Park) for walking/hiking/biking - the park includes a year round pool, a walking path and public pickleball courts.
