We have 2 available rooms in a 4-bedroom house located 1 mile away from LLU hospital. The current roommates will be leaving at different times, so one of the rooms is available on 6/1 and the other on 6/20.

Rent is $836/month per room excluding utilities (average $30-50 depending on the season). Utilities include water, trash, gas, wifi, and electricity. Washer/dryer in the house. Garage has space for 3 cars and the parkway can have additional cars. Plenty of storage space. There's a nice yard and a grill too.
 
All of the current tenants are medical students/residents who are finishing their program by the end of May/June and will be leaving the house, so we're looking for new roommates. No couples or long-term guests please. Also, this is a pet free property due to allergies.
