I own a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in a row house in NW DC.
Bedroom 1: Owners. We live in West Virginia and use only when we come back to DC. This is rare and less than ten times per year. We always give at least 24 hours' notice.

Bedroom 2: Professional, quiet 30-something IT professional who has been with us for about a year.

Bedroom 3:Yours. Furnished queen bed, bathroom and walk-in closet

Shared kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer in unit
