Looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible, lease ending 4/1/27. Cornus House Apartments, no security deposit required, just start taking over rent whenever you move in. Apartment is a two bed, 1 bath, pet friendly, very clean and new as I’m only the second tenant who has lived here. I’m a travel nurse and thought I wanted to stay in Tacoma long term but am very homesick and would like to return home after my contract is up. It’s a two bed, one bath apartment, washer and dryer and internet included(I only included pictures of one bedroom because the other one is completely full of moving boxes right now😅). Utilities are through Tacoma Public Utilities. There is a free gym and dog wash station as well as extra storage space($100/month). You will have to put in an application for an apartment on the Cornus House Website, there is a fee for that as well as a $90 admin fee, but the admin fee will be credited back to you upon signing the lease.
