Hello! Me and my roommate Brie and looking for a third roommate for our house in SW. The house is located at the base of George Himes park at the end of a dead end street in a peaceful neighbourhood. We are walking distance from coffee shops, a few restaurants and the river front at Willamette Park. Drive to Downtown, NW and SE is only about 15 minutes. Ideally we would like to find a woman roommate or LGBTQ+ individual but are not opposed to a male if you are respectful and not a creep. 
About the house: 
The common space is an open floor plan living/dining room and kitchen (dishwasher & disposal available). We have large windows with lots of natural light the provide a nice airflow. There is a gas furnace for winter and central heating. We don’t have AC BUT the adjacent hill/forest shaded the house from 2pm on and it stays surprisingly cool even on hot days. We get beautiful morning/early afternoon sun on our private deck. The room had a large closet and good storage, it can be furnished or unfurnished. You would only share the bathroom with one other person and there is a drawer and cabinet space available (I am totally open to getting more shelves too). 
About the roomies:
Me and Brie and both very clean and keep the space tidy. We are diligent about house maintenance and organisation. Both of us love to hike, watch movies/TV and read. Brie also loves to cook and BBQ while I enjoy an occasional craft. I (26F) work in the restaurant industry and Brie (32F) works in the mental health field. I work nights Wednesday-Saturday and Brie does a mix of work from home and in office. Both of our dogs are very sweet and respectful. While they do bark occasionally at the resident coyotes and other wildlife they are generally pretty quiet. Neither is destructive.
