We accept up to 8 guests. It's wedding season, so make sure you book your place to relax before and after all the festivities! 
 
Check-in is simple and contactless with a smart keypad lock. The neighborhood is residential and family-friendly, and the home backs up to open community space for a more private, peaceful backyard experience.

Large sectional couch and reclining chair lets everyone in your party gather around the big screen TV to watch your favorite show or movie, game, or stream music. Enjoy game night? We have several games to choose from in the welcome cabinet as well as puzzles to put together. Our pantry behind the couch includes a pack n play, BBQ utensils, outdoor serving dishes, and a few cleaning items for use during your stay. 

Flow from the living space to the high-top table to get all 8 of you around the table. Only two of you? Enjoy our breakfast bar attached to the fully equipped kitchen.

Each bedroom has a smart TV (sign in to your favorite streaming services!) and closet to keep you organized.

PET FRIENDLY
Housebroken dogs are welcome with a $25/per pet/per night pet fee (pet limits apply). Please clean up after pets in the yard and in the neighborhood. We ask that dogs be on flea medication. Doggie bags will be provided for use and should be disposed of immediately in the outdoor trash bin. We ask that you provide us with your dog’s age, weight, and breed with your inquiry and all pets must be included on the booking reservation. 

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard, pool and deck, and driveway parking. Check-in is simple and contactless with a smart keypad lock. The neighborhood is residential and family-friendly, and the home backs up to open community space for a more private, peaceful backyard experience.

Thank you for respecting our occupancy limits, and all guests staying must be on your registration. 

We also require an amenity waiver to be signed prior to check-in. Unfortunately, access to the property cannot be provided if we do not have a signed waiver.

POOL USE DISCLAIMER
The above-ground pool is available for guest use during the season. There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times while in or near the pool area. For those not potty trained a swim diaper must be worn at all times while in the pool. For safety, no glass is allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. Guests agree to follow all posted and provided pool rules. Pool maintenance is handled by the owner through a professional pool service.

Guests will be required to sign an amenity waiver (completed prior to your check-in day). By making this reservation you also acknowledge that the pool is used at your own risk. You are solely responsible for supervising all members of your group and for securing and locking the pool stairs when the pool is not in active use.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE
Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside or outside the home and property! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1,000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Parties and large events are not allowed.

TOWELS
We provide bath towels as well as separate pool/beach towels. We ask that you only use the bath towels for indoors, and NOT for self-tanner or makeup removal. We do offer darker hand towels for makeup removal and pool/beach towels along with beach chairs for use at the pool deck and at the beach. Please be respectful of these items for use by future guests. Shake off all sound outside before bringing back into the house and/or washing. We also offer wet wipes and darker towels for drying off pets. Please do not use the white towels for this purpose. 

SECURITY
Exterior cameras are present. There are cameras that monitor the front door and driveway/front perimeter. Tampering with these devices, keypads, or internet/Wi-Fi will result in a $500 fine. 

DAMAGE AND INCIDENTALS
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property or contents caused by you or your party during your stay. We kindly ask that you report any issues upon check-in so we can address them promptly!

FIRE SAFETY
For everyone's safety, please do not leave the grill, stove, or other combustible items unattended while in use and/or on. Please watch and manage all children around these items. 

FURNITURE
We ask that you respect the space as is, and do not move furniture, appliances, or decor. If something is moved, please return it to its original position or place. 

MISCELANEOUS
The trash service runs every Monday morning. If your stay includes a Sunday night, we kindly ask that you take the trash can to the road. During the warmer months, there is a lawn service crew that will come by and maintain the property. We will try to avoid them coming during your stay but will also work to keep the yard looking nice and inviting while you are there.
