Looking for the right person to share my spacious 1,267 sq ft ground-floor apartment in one of Austin’s most convenient pockets. You’d have your own large bedroom with a walk-in closet, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub and linen closet, fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and seating. Bring more if you want, there’s room. The lease situation is clean and above board: you’d be added for both our protections, and sourcing your income is flexible, as long as you can cover your portion and aren’t bringing anything strange into the space. 
Your $950 flat rate covers everything: rent, electric, WiFi, and access to a couple of streaming services on the living room TV. On-site you get a pool, a gym, and a dog park, and sand volleyball. There’s also a home office with a built in desk and printer you’re welcome to use anytime if you work from home.
I have two small, hypoallergenic Yorkie mixes who are velcroed to my side and generally unbothered by strangers in the home. Privacy screens are available if you want a clear boundary between your space and the common areas, totally respected either way. Another dog or cat is welcome with a small monthly pet fee (confirm with management, ~$50/mo).
Location is honestly a huge perk: walkable to a bus line, and within minutes of HEB, Whole Foods, Juiceland, tons of coffee spots, and the new Leona space in Sunset Valley, which is quickly becoming thee neighborhood gathering spot.
I’m ideally looking for someone 35+, ND-friendly or neurodivergent themselves, queer-affirming or queer, and open-minded. Bonus points if you’re the type who’d be down for an occasional roommate dinner or movie night. Emotional maturity matters more than anything on paper.
