Hello everyone! I'm looking to sublease my apartment at Yugo Maxwells Raleigh for this coming Fall to Summer semester to (July 20th - July 19th). Here's the details :

The Room

• Private bedroom + private full bathroom 

• Fully furnished: bed, desk, and closet 

The Apartment

• L-shaped couch, TV in the living room

• A stocked kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven, and tons of cabinet space

• In-unit washer & dryer

Amenities (all 24/7, literally right down the hall)

• Full gym + separate cardio room 

• Pool & hot tub

• First floor has a massive study lounge with booths, private rooms & outlets, with a pool table

• Outdoor spaces: couches, grills, and gas fire pits

• Free coffee machine in the lobby

• Pet friendly
 
Management 

• They are definitely one of the fastest in response time, I had the pleasure of dealing with! Same-day issue resolution, and they throw 3-4 events a month (Pizza parties, donut parties, arts and crafts events and much more.)

Location

• Second-floor unit, it’s right next to the pool and close to the elevator to the main lobby. Walkable to almost everything:

• Target, CVS, North Campus, and more

• Raising Cane's, Zaxby's, Lime & Lemon

Parking 

• The apartment offers parking for ~$149/month which was my plan because I love the convenience, however I would suggest NC State parking pass it’s definitely cheaper. 

Cost 

• $1,100/mo + electricity (typically ~$20 extra)

• Prices are fixed however there’s a discount going for the first month of rent being $829 if you are interested, feel free to DM me if you have any questions!
