We have a 1,000 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that we would like to rent one of the bedrooms. It would be on a month by month or short term lease.  The living environment would be a shared living, kitchen and laundry room spaces.  The bedroom has a bathroom that is shared with guests but is next to the bedroom that they would be sleeping in.  Roommates are expected to keep the house neat and clean including picking up after themselves.  Housekeeping services can be added at additional costs.

The other bed/bath is occupied by a weekender, who also stays during the summer months.  She is not normally at home during the week as she works in the valley.  The other roommate currently has a small "pug' dog. The bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the house.  At this time, no other pets are allowed.

Monthly rent includes utilities (electric, gas, water, sewer and trash) $1,100.  There is an additional option to rent the garage for an additional $100 per month.  Internet and cable are up to the renter to provide at this time.

Renters must pass a background check and a deposit of $600 is required.  $150 of the $600 is a non-refundable cleaning deposit. The balance will be returned as long as the house is left in good condition.

Our house is located in NE Payson, in the subdivision to the East of Maverick off of north Hwy 87.  It's approximately 3 miles from the hospital and with a drive time of 8-10 minutes.
