I am an active retiree with two friendly and well-behaved cats offering a furnished room just 10-20 minutes from all hospitals and medical clinics in Syracuse and its suburbs.

We are also minutes from Trader Joe's, Aldi's, Barnes and Noble, Wegman's, Amory Square and all highways.

You will have use of the kitchen with your own fridge, kitchen supplies, and full access to the whole house, back deck, and back yard. You will also enjoy having off-street parking, a laundry room, and, of course, all utilities and Wi-Fi included.

Although we will share a bathroom, I always leave the bathroom clean  available to my tenants first thing in the morning so that they may take as much time as they need to get showered and ready for work or school.

The downstairs laundry room features a large washer and dryer and folding table and is clean and dry.

The large driveway provides spacious off-street parking.

This neighborhood is quiet and beautiful; my house is in perfect condition, and the location is amazing!
